Privacy principles
X-ITM aims to collect only the information required to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, operate this website and meet legitimate legal, security and business obligations.
Information submitted through this website
Contact and technical-discovery forms may collect your name, work email address, company, role, project interest and the information you choose to provide. Do not submit passwords, API keys, credentials, production secrets, regulated personal data or other sensitive information through public website forms.
How enquiry information is used
Information may be used to respond to your request, qualify a potential engagement, arrange technical discovery, prepare commercial discussions and maintain an internal record of the relationship. It is not intended to be sold as a consumer-data product.
Customer project data
Data processed during a customer engagement is governed by the relevant contract, architecture, access model and agreed data-handling requirements. Customer-specific deployment and retention requirements are defined during technical and commercial due diligence.
Security and access
X-ITM designs systems around least privilege, explicit integration boundaries, controlled administration and appropriate operational logging. No internet service can promise absolute security, so security requirements are assessed in the context of the proposed solution and customer environment.
Retention
Website enquiry information should be retained only for as long as reasonably required for the commercial relationship, legitimate business records, security, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations. Production customer data follows the relevant contractual retention model.
Your questions and rights
For privacy questions or requests relating to information submitted through this website, contact X-ITM through the published contact channel. Where applicable law provides rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, requests will be assessed according to the applicable legal basis and identity verification requirements.
Third-party services
The website and customer solutions may use infrastructure, communications, analytics or technology providers. Production subprocessors and contractual requirements are documented where applicable to the engagement. X-ITM does not publish an invented subprocessor or certification list before those services and obligations are actually in place.
Policy updates
This notice may be updated as the business, website and service architecture evolve. Material legal or contractual requirements should be reviewed as part of production launch and customer contracting.
